Tesla employees shared personal videos from customers' cars on an internal messaging system, according to the report. A former Tesla Autopilot employee confirmed to Insider that workers were not only able to view personal videos but were also sharing them among each other. Reuters reported that Tesla employees shared videos of car crashes, road-rage incidents, and some more embarrassing moments.
The insidious creep of job burnout was inescapable when I spoke with more than a dozen ambitious midcareer women for an article last winter.
